It's within 24 hours of the event, but people aren't automatically appearing in the Roster. This is usually because bibs have not been assigned yet. If you're doing dynamic bib assignment during Packet Pickup, athletes will automatically be loaded into the Roster as they are assigned bibs.
What do I need for the Tracking Map upload? To generate a tracking map, you can use the Mapmyrun.com resources or create the course in Google Earth. In either case, you'll need to export the course you've created as a .KML file.

My Branded Photo Overlay image isn't fitting correctly in the frame. In order for the Overlay to be applied correctly, you'll need to add a frame around the Overlay image when creating it. This can be a tiny .5 px line, but there needs to be something around the perimeter so that the App Builder identifies the image as a square.
I've uploaded a video, but it's not showing up in App Builder. After you upload a video to App Builder, it can take a while for the videos to process and become available for use in Announcements, etc. Larger videos can take an hour or more to process fully, so if a large video isn't showing up, just give it time. We're working to optimize the processing speed of the videos.
I've got more than one Course/Vendor Map, but AppBuilder only lets me upload one. If you have more than one course or Vendor map you'd like to use in App Builder, you should combine the images into one jpeg and upload the maps as one. You should orient the combined maps so that each successive map is below the previous one. Remember that map images should be either JPG or PNG.
How do I import photos into Announcements? Once you've added an announcement in the Manage Features section of App Builder, the photo section is at the very bottom of the editing pane. You can either drag and drop a photo into the dashed box or click the Choose Image button.
How can I import a Roster for tracking? CT Live is set up to automatically transfer all entries into the Roster in AppBuilder 24 hours before your event is scheduled to begin. If you're not using CT Live for registration, you can still import your participants into CT Live 24 hours before the event start and still allow CT Live to transfer them to AppBuilder.
