In 2019, we introduced the ChronoTrack Hub which currently hosts some features of Fusion Remote Control. The login form for the Hub is our Single Sign-On (SSO) solution that we intend to eventually implement on all ChronoTrack products including ChronoTrack Live, the Timer Portal, and more. This Knowledge Base uses ChronoTrack SSO to access support tickets and Community forum content.
This FAQ is intended to help you understand the Hub login and answer questions you may have.
Q: Why do I have to reset my password the first time I use the Hub login?
A: When we implemented the Hub, we copied over all user emails from the Timer Portal, but the Hub login password still needs to be set separately.
Q: If I reset my Hub login, will it also reset my Timer Portal login?
A: No. For now, the two sites use different accounts.
Q: I never got the password reset email. What should I do?
A: Please check your email's Junk/Spam folder in case the reset email got sorted there. If you still don't get a reset email, please contact ChronoTrack Timer Support with your name and the email address you're using to log in.
