Stream Error
Sometimes when attempting to stream through your middleware (Simple Client, Stream Manager, or Fusion), the stream will fail and you may get an error message as shown below.

Fusion:
Simple Client will not necessarily have an error message, but you will find that the Out figure in the bottom right of the window will not count up, and you will find a message at the bottom right that reads "Connection Closed".
How to Solve
The first step you always want to take is to ensure the EVENT and POINT names are correct in the middleware (regardless of what they are on the controller). When connecting to CT Live, the EVENT name must be EVENTXXXXX where XXXXX is your Chronotrack Event ID, and the POINT name must perfectly match your TIMING DEVICE name.
Event and Point names must always use all caps!
If that does not solve the issue, check to ensure the hostname is accurate in Simple Client, Stream Manager, or Fusion.
