People are loving the built-in Request Correction Form found within our new Results interface. However, some of our Timers have complained that all inbound emails are appended within the same email thread. This means that if you have 20 Request Corrections, you have a single giant email thread with lots of distinct email responses. This becomes difficult to manage very quickly.
Before the Update
We would create an Email subject that contained:
Results Correction | [EVENT ID] | [EVENT NAME]What Changed?
Now we append additional information to each email, so most email clients should thread each email distinctly.
