You now have even more options when it comes to curating the the right Results experience for your Event. These new options can be broken up into 2 categories. All of these options can be found within Result Options!

Roster Only

By default, before your Event we show Race Distances instead of the number of Entries in your Race. This is because you may be waiting to import entries or may be fearful that low numbers could impact registration.

If you wish to show the number of Entries in each Race instead of the distance you can easily change it in Result Options.

Public Facing:

Another Roster-only feature is the ability to suppress Bib Numbers. Suppressing Bib Numbers will prevent them from displaying publicly up until the Race start. After the Race begins, Bibs will be automatically show. You may wish to prevent Bibs from showing if you are doing pre-assign with a large expo and are afraid of PPU-theft.

Result & Roster

Some of these options apply to both Rosters & Results. Now you can suppress some Pii globally or at a Race-level. This is perfect for Kid Races, or military / cop-runs where hiding identifiable information may be desired. Hidden fields will also be removed from an Athlete's Entry Page.

What can be Hidden?
