Nearly every Event uses Age-Group Divisions, and Timers have the flexibility to control how an Athlete's Race Age is calculated using a Race's Age Reference Date.
What Changed?
Previously, changing the Age Reference Date did not automatically recalculate Athlete Race Ages.
Now, whenever the Age Reference Date is updated, CT Live automatically starts a job to recalculate Race Ages for all Athletes in the Race. Since Race Age can determine which Divisions and Brackets an Athlete belongs to, this ensures those assignments stay in sync with the newly selected date.
