“ZIP Codes” or “Postal Codes” are helpful—if you live in a country that uses them. Otherwise, requiring one can create unnecessary frustration.
CT Live is a global platform, and addressing requirements vary from country to country. We want to make sure the experience works just as well for our international partners as it does for those in the United States.
As part of that effort, we’ve updated CT Live so Postal Code is no longer required for countries and territories where it isn’t commonly used.
