Protecting PII is incredibly important, and we take that responsibility seriously. As we continue to simplify and improve access to Event Data, we're making sure security relies on more than obscurity.
Prevent Account Takeovers
To help protect Accounts from unauthorized changes, we now send security notifications when important Account information is updated.
If an Account's Password is changed, we notify the Email Address currently associated with the Account.
If an Account's Email Address is changed, we notify the original Email Address so the Account owner is aware of the change.
These notifications provide an additional layer of visibility and help Account owners quickly identify potentially unauthorized activity.
