After Enhancement
- Teams are currently scoped to a specific Race, which can make it difficult to understand how a Team’s Athletes performed across an entire Event.
- Previously, if the same Team competed in multiple Races, you had to search and navigate to each individual Team Result Page. For Events with many Races, that could become incredibly cumbersome.
- Our latest enhancement makes this much easier.
- When viewing a Team within Results, we now automatically detect whether that same Team appears in any other Race within the Event. We do this by looking for Team Names that EXACTLY Match.
- If matching Team Names are found, we display the other Races as convenient Race Chips, allowing you to quickly move between that Team’s Results across the Event.
Before Enhancement
- Previously, there was no direct way to navigate between the same Team across multiple Races. Users had to return to Search and locate the Team separately for each Race.
- In addition to this user-behavior the spectator could easily lose track of which Race they were currently viewing.
