Introduction
My Orgs is a page where users can see the organizations they belong to in CT Live. On this page a user can additionally Edit and Create Organizations.
Navigate to My Orgs
To navigate to your organizations, locate the header at the top right of any CT Live page and select My Orgs from the available options.

Search
The search on the My Orgs page will show below the organizations you have access to. If you have access to more than 10 orgs and are trying to find an organization, using the search will help to narrow things down. If you do not see an organization listed that you should have access to, contact the person who manages that organization in CT Live or Support.
Filter
In addition to the search ,you have buttons that can let you narrow down the Organizations you are searching for by whether they are Event Orgs or Timer Orgs.
Adding an Org
Note: Only Support has the ability to create new Timer Orgs. As well, by default when an Event Org is created, the user that created it will have Can Admin access to that Org.
At the top right of the page you will see a button titled "+ Add Org." If you have Timer or Event Director permissions in CT Live you will have the ability to create a new Event Org.
Once you hit that button it will take you into a page where you can create an Event Org:
Required Fields for creating an org will include the following:
Organization Name
Phone Number
Website URL
Location
Currently only Organization name as well as email are used for public facing needs in the Microsite. The Email that is inputted for the Event Organization will be the default Event Director contact email that is used if an Event's Contact Options for the Microsite are set to allow an athlete to choose between Event Director or Timer.
Once you have entered all required fields, hit "Create Org." This will take you to the Edit Org page for your org where you can explore some additional options for your Org. These are explained below:
Editing an Org
If you instead wish to Edit a preexisting organization in CT Live, that can be done by hitting the Pencil Icon beside the organization in question from the My Orgs search results.
Once done that will take you into a page that is similar to the Create Org page. You can Edit All fields you inputted when an organization was created, but additionally at the bottom of the page you have the ability to copy a link for your Organization's Event Widget.
