Introduction
Every Microsite Page has a corresponding Contact page. We realize based on Event you may want the ability to control just who gets contacted about Event questions, so there is a dedicated page to control these contact interactions.
Go to Contact Options Page
To Navigate to the Contact Options page on your CT Live Event, navigate to an Event and go to the Microsite Tab and choose "Contact Options.
Select your Options
There are three main options to choose from when it comes to your contact form. The three are "Timer only, Event Director only, and Event Director and Timer. By default, new Events will have Event Director and Timer selected. If an option is chosen or changed that will effect how the contact form will appear on the Microsite, and will also change who will receive email follow-ups from a contact.
By default, the emails for the Event Director will be pulled from the Event Org contact info. This can be changed by going into your Org on the "My Orgs" Edit page and updating that email. For the Timer contact email, that is based on the email set under Results Options in your event. If you wish to just update the email for one event, that can be done via the "change email button.
When you change the email being used, if the new email has not been verified for use by our system in the past, it will have you go through a short verification process using a link sent to that email inbox.
View Your Contact Form
After you have made all needed changes under contact options, you can view how the Microsite Contact form currently displays by navigating to the Microsite via the quick navigation button in the righthand corner. Once on that page choose from the header menu options "contact". If the option "Event Director and Timer" was chosen above, it will give the athlete the choice of who to contact on the contact form.
