The Results Options tab contains options that influence how Results are displayed. The tab is broken up into four categories – Event Timer Info, Media Options, Awards, and Finisher Certificates. You can toggle between these by clicking on the corresponding option from the "jump to section" menu on the Results Options page.
Event Timer Info
This option allows you to enter the email you wish to be used for the Timer contact for results questions for an event. If the email entered has not been used in the past, we will verify the email by sending you a verification email.
Media Options
- Show Photos - This allows you to toggle on or off Photos in Results for an Event.
- Show Videos - This allows you to toggle on or off Videos in Results for an Event.
- Mute Video - Allows you to forcibly mute the audio for videos in Results to where the audio cannot be toggled on.
Awards
- Show Awards Tab - This allows you to toggle on or off the Awards tab in Results for an Event.
Finishers Certificate
This tab allows you to customize attributes of your finishers certificate.
- Show Finishers Certificate - This allows you to toggle on or off if the Finishers Certificate will show in Results.
Upload Background Image - Allows you to upload an image to be used for a Finishers Certificate background. Once the button is hit it will open up a sizing menu.
a. Zoom - Allows you to zoom in or out to edit image for use as a background.
b. Rotation - Allows you to rotate the image for its use as a background.
- Show Event Name - Lets you toggle on or off the Event name showing on the Finishers Certificate
- Event Name Background Color - Button that allows you to select the color for the background of the Event Name as well as Background Image.
- Show Pace - This allows you to toggle on or off showing pace in the Finishers Certificate.
- Text Color - Allows you to Choose between Black or White for Text Color on Finishers Cert.
- Color Overlay Transparency - Allows you to change the opacity of the color as it applies to the background image.
- Date Format - This allows you to change the date format on the Finishers Certificate.
- Select an Optimized Image - Allows you to choose an image for the Finishers Certificate from a curated list.
