Introduction
The Scoring Dashboard in CT Live 2.0 grants you access to a dynamic overview of your event's courses. You can find elapsed course time, leaderboard, and a summary of athletes progress through the courses of your event.
To find the Scoring Dashboard, you will need to be in CT Live 2.0. Click the banner in the top of the screen from the Event Dashboard.
Choose Scoring > Dashboard from the navigation menu on the left.
Overview
This is what you will find on this page:
All of these figures and stats will update automatically and without needing a page refresh.
Below, we will take a look at each section in depth.
Running Gun Start Time
This section shows the elapsed time from the gun start of a given course.
Click to open a dropdown box that displays all courses for your event. If a gun start has not been selected for one of them, it will read "missing" instead of showing the elapsed time. Click the Enter Time link to navigate to where you can enter a gun start.
Please note: Currently, if a race is using waves, you will not be able to see the time elapsed for it.
Dashboard Statistics
This section will display a number of details about athletes' progress. To check specific details, choose the desired race and timing point from the dropdown menus. All figures will adjust to reflect only athletes that fit into the selected criteria.
- Started: Athletes are considered as having started if they:
- Have a valid start read less than 6 seconds before the gun start of the race, or anytime after.
- Have any complete interval on the course.
- On Course: Athletes are considered as being "On Course" if they are in the "Started" category, and have not crossed the selected timing point (or the finish if no timing point is selected).
- Crossed: Athletes will be included in this number depending on what you have selected.
- If you have "ALL" selected for the race, the Crossed number indicates all athletes in all courses that have a valid finish read.
- If you have selected a specific race but not selected a timing point, the Crossed number indicates all athletes in that race that have a valid finish time.
- If you have selected a specific race and a specific timing point, the Crossed number indicates athletes that have a valid read at that timing point.
- Pace Alert: Athletes will be included in this number if their times are flagged by the fast/slow pace of any interval (these can be set when you create intervals. See the article on CT Live Course Configuration for more details).
- Unknown: This number indicates tags that were read that are unassociated with an athlete.
- DNF: The number of athletes marked as Did Not Finish for the given race.
- DQ: The number of athletes marked as Disqualified for the given race.
- SMS Sent: The total number of SMS messages sent for the given race.
For specific details about these fields, you can click on the number below the statistic to pull up a list of the athletes that are included in the number. Here is an example of what that looks like:

Leaderboard
The leaderboard will display the top athletes in the selected race. As athletes complete intervals, those athletes that are furthest along the course will display at the top, with the most recent completed interval listed under the Interval column.
You can rearrange the columns of the leaderboard by clicking and dragging the header left and right.
