How to Change an Athlete's Race or Registration Choice

Introduction

During the course of your event, you may find it necessary to manually move an athlete from one race to another, or change the Registration Choice that was originally selected for the athlete. This brief guide will show you how to make these changes.

Changing Race/Reg Choice

1. Under the Athletes tab, search for the athlete you need to change.
2. Click on the blue Chrono ID next to the athlete needing the change.
3. Click the Race sub tab, then use the Reg Choice dropdown to select the new Reg Choice  for the athlete. If the new Reg Choice belongs to a race other than the one the athlete is currently entered in, the Race field will automatically update.
   
4. Click Save at the bottom of the page to finalize your changes.

If there are tag reads for the athlete, they will automatically be recalculated after saving the change to their Race/Reg Choice.
