Introduction
The Athlete Page allows you to view and often change any information CT Live contains about any Athlete within your event. The Athlete Page is broken up into a series of individual tabs. Accessing an Athlete's page can be done by clicking on the Athlete's Chrono ID.
Not all features and screens shown and described here may be available to every user depending on their Role permissions. For more on this, see our guide to Roles
Athlete Info
The Athlete Info tab lists the general information about the athlete including Name, Gender, Birth Date, and all Contact Information. You may also enable or disable Tracking for an Athlete from this tab.
- Tracking means that an athlete will show up in online results. Turning tracking off is useful in scenarios where individual athletes would like to remain anonymous.
You may change any of these items if you have the proper permissions set for your account.
If you make any changes to any field on any tab of the Athlete Page, you must click Save at the bottom of the page for those changes to go into effect.
Race
The Race tab displays all Race information for an Athlete, including:
- The Race in which they are entered
- Reg Option - the registration option they selected/were imported under
- Wave - the wave they are entered in (Default is Universal)
- Entry Type - Individual or Member (of a team)
- Team (if applicable) - the name of the Team the athlete is part of
- Status - the entry status of the athlete: Confirmed, Withdrawn, Disqualified, or Did Not Finish
- External ID - if the Athlete was imported, this will display the unique External ID that was used when they were imported
- Bib - the bib number assigned to the athlete
- Timing Tags - the tag number assigned to the athlete
- Bracket Policy - the method(s) by which the athlete is assigned to Brackets.
- Selecting Overall/Sex will enable you to select the Athlete’s primary bracket.
- Selecting Overall Only will enable you to select the primary bracket and select or deselect a gender bracket.
- Selecting No Auto Assignment will enable you to select the primary bracket, select or deselect a gender bracket, and select or deselect the Overall bracket.
- Primary Bracket - shows the Primary Bracket the athlete will be scored in.
- Other Brackets to which the athlete may belong.
You may change any of these items if you have the proper permissions set for your account.
Registration Info
The Registration Info tab displays all extraneous information and choices that are on the Registration Form. These include T-Shirts Size, Waivers (if the athlete agreed and relevant initials), Emergency (contact information), Custom Question answers, and Custom Import values from columns imported as Custom. There is also a section for Notes at the bottom of the page. Notes are useful for recording important medical information an athlete might supply.

Timing
The Timing sub-tab is the hub for viewing a specific Athlete’s timing information.
- The Quick Stats area displays the Athlete’s Bib/Tags, Status, Race, Finish Net Time, Wave, Finish Gun Time, Gun Time, and Rank.
- Under Intervals, you can see the Intervals for the race the Athlete is part of and edit the Interval. For more on editing Intervals, see Intervals. You may also Rescore the Athlete or clear the Athlete’s results. To do either of these, simply click the corresponding button, close the confirmation dialogue, and then manually score the race. - Provided that tag data has been uploaded into your Event, the Timing Points, Timing Devices, Cameras section displays all reads associated with the athlete’s tag number (if any). These reads can be manipulated in a variety of ways. You can also create Manual Tag Reads to fill in or correct data.
Athlete Upates
The Athlete Updates sub-tab shows any Athlete Updates that have been requested for that Athlete and the specifics of each request. The Athlete Updates list will show the Service that was used, the Recipient, the Language, the Timing Point that triggered the update, and the Interval associated with the update.
Account
The Account sub-tab displays a link to the Athlete’s Profile and a list of Athlete Transactions, Charges, Refunds, and E-mails.
Please note that some features of the Account Sub-Tab may not be visible to you, depending on the roles associated with your account.
You may also view the Receipt for the Athlete’s registration transaction, and resend the Receipt e-mail.
Media
The Media sub-tab displays all videos and photos synced to the Athlete. You can view the portion of the video synced to the Athlete by clicking on the video, and you can view the photos in thumbnail form, or enlarged by clicking on the desired photo. You may also Sync or Hide the video with which the Athlete is associated.
Syncing or Hiding a video from an individual Athlete’s page will Sync or Hide the video for ALL Athletes with whom the video is associated, not just for the individual athlete.
If you click on a photo, you can use the arrow at the bottom of the enlarged image to Hide the image or make the image a Promo. You can also unsync the photo from the Athlete entirely by clicking the X next to the athlete's bib number in the upper left corner of the photo.
