The Awards tab is home to the Award policy features that allow you to choose how awards are calculated for the CT Live 1.0 Awards Report. For information on CTL 2.0 Awards and Double Dipping policy click here.
There are four bracket policies in place per race, listed in order of priority:
- Gender (This policy is locked and is not editable)
- Masters
- All Masters Brackets
- Age Group
Each Policy can be set to the following options:
- Allow Double-Dipping: Athlete can win an award in this bracket even if they've won awards in other brackets
- Disallow Double-Dipping: Athlete cannot win an award in this bracket if they already won an award in a prior bracket (this is only reflected in awards reports, not online results)
Note: These policies are based on awards being given to 3 participants in each bracket. If your award policy gives out more or less than 3 awards to a bracket, you will need to manually remove participants from brackets on their athlete information page and/or on the awards report to prevent them from winning awards in multiple brackets.
To help visualize what effect the current policy will have on results, there is a helpful snippet of an awards report that updates to reflect your most recent selection.
Award policies are set on a per-race basis. To toggle between races, click the desired Race Name under the Checks tab.
Remember to click Save to finalize any changes.
