Bulk Creating Age Groups in CTL 2.0

Introduction

In some cases when creating an event you may need to create the same Brackets within the same age ranges for multiple races. The Bulk Create Age Groups menu in CTL 2.0 will allow you to create brackets for multiple races simultaneously. 

Add Brackets

To add brackets in CTL 2.0 do the following:

1. Navigate to the CTL 2.0 Brackets & Awards page
2. In the right-hand corner click on the option titled Bulk Create Age Groups
3. In the menu that has opened up, choose the race and genders that you want to create brackets for by selecting them from the checkbox options.
4. Select the age range of the brackets you wish to create as well as how you would like the brackets that will be create to increment within that range. 
5. After that, choose the Scoring Rank, Award Rank, and Award Depth you would like to set for these brackets. 

6. Once done editing hit Preview Brackets.

   

7. On this next page hit Create Brackets if what is to be create is satisfactory. If it requires additional editing on the previous page, hit < Edit Brackets.

   

8. Brackets should now be created. If you need to make further brackets for other races, this can be done by going back into the Bulk Create Age Groups menu.
