Introduction
The Kairos controller can use Wi-fi or ethernet LAN network connections for direct or cloud server connections. These are configured through the Kairos Companion App
Configuration
Connect to the controller through the Kairos app on your phone or tablet.
From the dashboard in the Kairos app, choose Menu > Connections
Wi-fi
- Scroll down to Wi-fi settings.
- Tap IP Address, Subnet, or Gateway to make adjustments as needed.
- Choose Save.
To connect to a Wi-fi network:
- Choose Network (SSID) to display a list of wi-fi networks in range.
- Tap one from the list and enter the password if needed. Type should be set to Infra if the network has internet access, or Ad Hoc if it is only a local network.
- Choose Save.
LAN
- Scroll down to LAN settings.
- Tap IP Address, Subnet, or Gateway to make adjustments as needed.
- Choose Save.
