Introduction
The Event Dashboard is a page that is present on any CT Live page that is navigated to. It is also the first page you will see once you create an Event or Clone it. Within this page is contained important links, registration counts, a place to edit and create races, as well as the Event ID.
Navigate to Event Dashboard
If you are on any other page of an Event in CT Live, you can navigate to the Event Dashboard by clicking the "Event" tab on the Left-Hand side menu and from the options that open up "Dashboard."
If not currently in a particular CT Live Event, navigate to the My Events page, https://admin.chronotrack.com/events, and click on an Event from the search Event. This will take you by default to that Event's Event Dashboard.
Dashboard Options
Once you are dropped on the Event Dashboard things are broken up into a couple sections:
Event ID - In the top header for the Event there is an Event ID - this is important to note as support will need this ID to help troubleshoot your Event.
Race/Registration Choices Graph - Shows how many people are registered in a particular registration choice/race
Races - On the Lefthand side will be a list of all races created the event. To edit a race hit the pencil icon beside it. Learn more on creating races Here
Links - This section will display corresponding links to the Microsite, Online Results, Onsite Results, Packet Pickup, Athlete Feed, Event Website, Registration Website, and the Bib URL generator. Beside all links besides the Bib URL generator there is a corresponding QR that can be downloaded additionally.
Event Properties - This Section will show you the Name/ Date of the Event. It will also show the location. If you wish to Edit these attributes or additional Event Properties hit the "Edit Properties" button.
