Under the Scoring section of CTLive we have added an Edit menu that gives you more control over scoring actions. You now have the options to Re-Score a race, Clear Results for a race and Remove Reads for a Timing Device.
Re-Score
The Re-Score functionality will allow you to reprocess all tags for a race in your event and generate new results and rankings for your race.
Clear Results
The Clear Results functionality will remove athlete results and rankings for a race. This is a quick way to clear results for a race if a mistake has happened. Don't worry if this was clicked in error, you can click the Re-Score button for that event to generate results and rankings for your event again.
Remove Reads
The Remove Reads functionality allows you to have a fresh start for your race. If you have streamed the wrong tag reads to a timing device, use this functionality to remove all tag reads from that device. This will also remove all results and rankings for the device. This is a permanent function and the only way to get tag data back to the event is to restream the tag data to the Timing device. Since this is a permanent function we do have a confirmation modal so it is not accidentally clicked.
