ChronoTrack staff may sometimes request that you export logs from Fusion if we're helping you troubleshoot a problem. This GIF shows how to export log files from Fusion. Please be aware that the export process can take up to 5 minutes.
Before you export logs, make sure you've set the Export Directory to a location you can easily find.
