Introduction
CT Live does not let timers delete athletes from an event, but withdrawing athletes will remove them from view, both internal and external, unless you search for them specifically.
Remove
To remove athletes, you will need a list of those athletes in a CSV file, ready to import into CT Live as described in this article.
To obtain that list, you may first need to Export Athletes from your event.
When importing, ensure that you have a column labeled STATUS. Within that column, change all rows to WITHDRAWN that you want to remove from your event.
Save and Import that CSV file into CT Live, and those athletes will be withdrawn, and their bibs and tags unassigned.
Bulk Changes
To make bulk changes to athletes, use the same method as above, but instead of adjusting the STATUS column, make changes to any other column for any number of rows.
As long as the External ID remains the same (keep it in the file and do not change it), this file will update existing athletes with the new data entered in the CSV file.
