This guide will offer a brief look at the My Orgs page, including a summary of each tab's function and links to a full guide for each. Please note that not all tabs will be available to all users. If you don't see any of the tabs described below when logged into your account, you can contact ChronoTrack Timer Support to get the correct access added.
The Reports tab on the My Orgs page allows you to create reports that show information for athletes from multiple different events. The Reports will look and behave very similarly to the event-level reports you're used to.
The Athletes tab allows you to search for a particular athlete across all Events in all your Organizations. If you'd like to search for Athletes in only one Org you have access to, you can specify a specific Org. This page is simple, but can be very useful when verifying Athletes' participation in multiple events in a Series, etc. If you want to be able to pull a Report for athletes across an Org, you can use the Reports tab to do so.
You can search Athletes by Name or Email. Results will appear with each Athlete's Chrono ID, Name, Event ID, Event Name, Race, Status, and Reg Time.
If you click on an Athlete's Chrono ID, you will be directed to the Athlete Page for that specific athlete within the Event in which the Athlete is entered. From there, you can edit information as needed.
The Org-Wide Coupons feature allows you to offer discounts on every Reg Choice within one or more Reg Classes. Org-Wide Coupons can be used in the individual Registration Forms for each Reg Choice in a Reg Class. In order for these coupons to work, you have to set up at least one Reg Class which contains at least one Reg Choice.
The Reg Classes feature allows you to create categories or "Classes" to group similar Reg Choices from multiple different events within the same Organization together. Once you've created a Reg Class and added Reg Choices to it, you'll be able to apply Guest Pass type coupon codes to the Reg Classes.
Event Series are an excellent way to drive registrations by offering discounts for multiple event registration. With the multi-event registration system offered through ChronoTrack Live, getting started is very easy.
Series registration was designed specifically to support quick registration of multiple events and allow for discounting.
Panels are ChronoTrack's scrolling results display solution. A ChronoTrack Live event can have any number of Panels, and Panels can show results by Race and Category as well as display multiple races at once. Panels can be edited at any time including during a race, and open Panels will not need to be refreshed for edits to be reflected.
