Sometimes after you have opened registration for your event, you may need to edit the pricing options and tiers for your Registration Choices. Pricing cannot be edited while there is a live Registration Form, so you will need to archive the currently active form. This will shut down registration completely until you re-release the form, so we suggest making necessary changes during low-traffic times (e.g. late evening).
Archive the Form and Edit Pricing
To archive the currently active Registration Form, log into your event in CT Live and click the Registration tab. You should be on the Overview tab by default.
Locate the Registration Form version that is highlighted green and click Archive. You will see a message prompting you to close and refresh the page. The message will note that "no registration form is currently active".
Now you can edit pricing for your registration choice pricing on the Registration > Pricing tab. To edit an existing Pricing Tier, just click the gray bar that denotes the tier.
You can also add additional pricing if you wish.
Make sure that there are no red errors that occur under your pricing after you've made your edits. If one does appear, that means that there is either a Gap in between tiers or one is overlapping. A pricing amount is needed for the entire duration that a Reg Choice is available.
